Send the part number stamped on the old one, or just describe the symptom: a crooked pattern, a drip at the tip, a strainer that clogs every tank fill, or a pressure gauge that won't hold. We cross-reference TeeJet, Hypro, Arag and Wilger numbers before anything leaves the warehouse. That is the whole point of a boom sprayer parts catalog that actually tells you what fits.

Field adjustment, boom nozzle body, pressure check at the tipSprayer parts, Austin service area
One narrow catalog, not a warehouse of everything.
No tractor engine parts, no tillage steel, no seed. Application hardware only. These are the parts that clog, wear or crack every season, and they need replacing on a schedule you can plan around.
Nozzles & Tips
Flat-fan, cone and hollow-cone tips in ceramic, stainless and polymer, sized for sprayer nozzle replacement against TeeJet and Hypro numbers.

20 to 100 mesh screens in cartridge and Y-strainer housings, with the mesh count printed on the outside of the bag, not buried in a code.

PVC and rubber layflat hose rated by working pressure, plus the reel bracket hardware to wind it back up without kinking it.

Brass and polypropylene camlock couplers, elbows and tees sorted by thread size, the kind of agricultural hose fittings that go missing mid-season.

Most orders start with a photo of an old tip or a part number read off the housing. A few start with nothing but a complaint about spray drift. Either way the process runs the same four steps.

Send the part or the symptom
Photograph the stamped code, or just describe what the machine is doing wrong: streaking, dripping, a strainer that clogs every tank, or a boom running off rate. Submit it through the inquiry form or call the counter directly.
-
02
We confirm the cross-reference
Two of our seven staff do nothing else all day: matching your part against TeeJet, Hypro, Arag and Wilger equivalents so you order the right orifice size and thread the first time.

03
Same-day dispatch
Confirmed before 2pm Central, it ships same day out of the Austin warehouse. Confirmed after that, it goes out first thing the next morning.

Season-ready, not scrambling
Order the wear parts ahead of the spray window and the machine is running when the field is ready, not sitting in the shed while you wait on a part.
This is an inquiry-only catalog. Nothing here is a binding quote or a live stock count. Availability and the final price are confirmed in our reply, by a person who checked the shelf.
Read the tip before you order it.
A worn nozzle throws a crooked pattern before it ever drips visibly. The fan angle, the orifice size, the thread and the mesh count upstream all determine whether a part fits and works — not just whether it screws on.
See the full spec on every family
Fan angle
Flat-fan tips carry a rated spray angle of 80°, 110° or 120°, measured at 15 psi. A worn tip narrows that angle long before it drips at the seat.
Thread
Most caps thread onto an 11/16-18 UN body. Cross-threading a plastic cap over a stainless one, worn oval from years of wrenching, is our most common support call.
Orifice size
Stamped on the tip body as a three-digit code. It sets flow rate at a given pressure. Order the wrong digit and the whole boom runs off rate, not just one nozzle.
Mesh count
Printed on the outside of every filter bag we ship. 50 mesh covers most herbicide work; fine-orifice nozzles want 100 mesh upstream or they clog every tank.
Photographed at our Austin workbench, one flat-fan tip held for inspection before it went back on the shelf.
Diagram overlay for reference only — always confirm the stamped code on your own tip before ordering.
Every item in the catalog carries its own cross-reference note and its own price basis — nothing is listed as a bare name with no spec behind it.
